Johannes Boekhoudt is an international artist dedicated to abstract expressionist art. His prominent artworks are included in Modern Art Museum collections in Latin America and the US. Through his solid curriculum of presentations and exhibitions over the last 40 years, Boekhoudt has established his message of freedom of expression to raise the voices of those that cannot for themselves. His vision as a creator is to make the spectator uneasy, generate discussions about the uncomfortable themes of the artwork and promote change. Currently, Johannes lives and works in his studio in San Marcos, Texas in the U.S.
